The contents and information of the website may not be downloaded, copied, processed or distributed for commercial use with the sole exception of those contents offered specifically for download and explicitly defined for this purpose. The user may print out parts of the website for personal use.

B. Special Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program
The Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program is a service of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH and is available for authorized Customers of Konica Minolta National Operating Companies (“NOCs”). For the Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program additionally the following terms and conditions apply.
1. The Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program
The Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program offers authorized customers of Konica Minolta’s National Operating Companies (“NOCs”) the opportunity to return authorized consumables for the purpose of recycling. Customers authorized for the Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program are such, who have been granted access by their respective NOC to the Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program services and the online portal over which they can be ordered.
The Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program may vary from country to country. Therefore, some of the terms and conditions defined below may not be relevant for all countries. Single regions of the participating countries may be excluded. Customers can only use the services within the country where they are registered.
The return and recycling of authorized consumables under the Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program is handled on behalf of Konica Minolta by external service providers.
2. Usage
For the participation at the Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program, the Customer may solely use the official Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program boxes for the pick-up return of waste consumables. These boxes can be ordered via the Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program online portal and may only be used for the intended purpose and according to these Terms and Conditions. To use the Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program online portal the Customer (or a Customer’s representative) needs to create a user account. Through the Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program online portal, the Customer can place, change, follow and cancel its orders and view its order history.
Within the ordering process, the customer has to be aware to order the correct size for the planned pick-up. It is not allowed to use the boxes for any other purposes.
Filling the boxes with waste consumables has to be done according to these terms and the instruction for filling printed on the boxes. The plastic inlay, which is delivered with each box has to be inserted before filling the box and has to be sealed before the collection of the full box. Waste consumables must be inserted into the box without their original outer packaging. The boxes have to be fully filled. The maximum filling weight printed on the box must not be exceeded. Boxes have to be securely sealed, ready for pick-up at the confirmed time and place and easily accessible for the logistics service provider. Only the number of boxes announced in the Clean Planet Program online portal will be picked up.
In case of the “single unit return” the box of a new Konica Minolta consumable has to be used to securely package the waste consumable, the label generated at the Clean Planet Program online portal has to be attached and the box has to be delivered to the specified parcel carrier.
In case of the “single unit return” no pick-up can be ordered.
In case of the ”pallet return service” an EURO pallet (80 cm x 120 cm) has to be provided by the customer.
In the event, that these conditions are not fulfilled, the logistics service provider might refuse to pick up the boxes.
3. Scope of Consumables
Consumables, which may be returned through the Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program for the purpose of recycling, are end-of-life consumables (waste consumables) from Office Printing devices and Production Printing devices, which are serviced by Konica Minolta.
Consumables are excluded from the scope of the Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program, if they are classified according to GHS / CLP (Globally Harmonized System of Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Chemicals / CLP Regulation (EC) No. 1272 / 2008 on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures). If consumables are classified according to GHS / CLP can be seen in the according Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
4. Participation
By participating in the Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program, the Customer agrees to the above mentioned terms and conditions.
Konica Minolta reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or amend the Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program at any time as far as this does not result in disproportionate disadvantages for the customers. The Customer will be informed in a timely manner about possible changes.
Konica Minolta reserves the right to enable the Customer only for a specific box size depending on the amount and kind of used devices. If the Customer returns consumables or other products not in scope according to the conditions above or otherwise does not use the Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program in the appropriate way, Konica Minolta reserves the right to charge the additional cost to the Customer and to exclude him from the future use of the Konica Minolta Clean Planet Program.
5. Applicability of the General terms and conditions
Additionally, the applicable General terms and conditions of Konica Minolta available under https://www.konicaminolta.de/de/business-solutions/meta/agb.html shall apply.
